Where can I visit your store?

Rosemary's Garden Florals is currently operated out of our founder's home in Winter Haven, Florida. Online-only consultations are available by appointment only for wedding and event clients. All other clients are welcome to shop our online store or visit us at a local appearance in central Florida.

Where are your local appearances?

We currently partner with the Winter Haven Farmers Market, Winter Haven Saturday Market, Lakeside Village Second Sunday Artisan Market, Bandit Market and Buena Market events. Follow us @rosemarysgardenflorals for appearance updates!

How can I contact you?

If you would like to contact us for questions not addressed on our website, please email us at contact@rosemarysgardenflorals.com or use the chat feature on the website. We do not currently accept phone calls.

Do you make home or gift arrangements?

Yes, we are glad to make home decor and gift arrangements. Please browse our Ready-to-Ship Florals page to see our collection of bouquets and centerpieces.

Can you ship arrangements?

Yes, all orders are eligible for shipping anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is included for all pre-made arrangements in our online store. Shipping costs are billed separately for wedding and event orders.

Can you use perishable flowers?

We pride ourselves on the ability to create floral arrangements that will last for a lifetime! We do not include any perishable elements in our designs, such as greenery that has not been preserved or perishable flowers of any type.

Why are your flowers so affordable?

Perishable flowers incur costs during growth, international transportation, refrigeration, watering, and delivery care. Our everlasting flowers are made in the United States and require no special transportation.

Do I need to schedule a consultation?

Consultations are required for all custom wedding and event floral orders (minimum is $2000). Consultations are not required for home decor and gift arrangements, which may be purchased from the collection on our website. For recreations of your own wedding bouquet, please email us.

What flower styles do you have available?

We source our flowers from several of our favorite wholesale suppliers in the United States. We can create absolutely any style and color of flower imaginable for our floral designs, there is no limitation!

Can you recreate a live bouquet?

Yes, we can recreate live bouquets. This is a perfect solution if you are already married, but wish you had found out about our services while you were still planning! Please send us an email at contact@rosemarysgardenflorals.com.

Where are you located for pickup?

All orders are eligible for free pickup at our founder's home in Winter Haven, Florida. To schedule free pickup of your order, please select the pickup option when placing your order in our online store.

Can I see your flowers in person?

We frequently attend local market events and wedding expos, where you can see our flowers in person. Please stay updated with our local appearances on Facebook or Instagram @rosemarysgardenflorals.

When should I place my wedding order?

Wedding and event clients are encouraged to place their orders as soon as possible to guarantee space on our calendar. However, you must place orders no later than two months in advance of the date due to the hand-made nature of our products.

Will my flowers really last for a lifetime?

Yes, your flowers from Rosemary's Garden Florals will last for a lifetime! We have met wood flower brides from as far as fifty years ago who still have their wedding bouquets as pristine as the day they were married.

our creative process

CONSULTATION

The first step in our creative process is having an online consultation. This special appointment is necessary to ensure that our team can fully understand your needs and answer any questions you have. The online consultation is a short appointment usually only lasting 30 minutes, and is designed to help you decide whether we are the right choice to create your wedding or event floral creations. In order to schedule a consultation, you will need to fill out a short questionnaire that will tell us more about your floral needs, your vision, your budget, and any other preliminary details that we need to know.

LOGISTICS

If you decide that you would like us to create your wedding or event florals, then we will secure your date with a deposit and schedule an online logistics meeting with our owner and floral artist Rosemary. The logistics meeting is scheduled for one hour, during which Rosemary will collaborate with you to plan the florals of your dreams and provide you with a completed final quote. Once the quote has met your approval, an invoice will be sent to you via email, which must be paid in full 60 days before your desired completion date. The invoice includes all expenses necessary for your order.

DESIGN

Two months before your desired completion date, our team will reach out to schedule an online design meeting. The design meeting will be scheduled for one hour with Rosemary to plan your one-of-a-kind floral suite. Flower styles, greenery/filler types, color scheme, and special touches will all be finalized during this meeting. You will also have the chance to make any revisions to your order, such as adding additional boutonnieres or removing an unneeded centerpiece. Immediately after your design meeting, our team will order all the supplies needed to create your florals.

PRODUCTION

Depending on the size of your order, you will begin to receive emails with photos of your in-progress florals between one month to two weeks prior to your desired completion date. These photos will show your painted flowers before they are made into arrangements, as well as samples of single arrangements such as a bridesmaid bouquet in order for you to provide approval before we proceed. Once your entire order is complete, you will receive a final photo gallery. Your florals will then be prepared for local delivery to your venue, pickup, or shipping within the continental United States.

Wood flowers from Rosemary's Garden Florals are handcrafted from all-natural renewable wood from the Shola plant, a flowering aquatic. The Shola plant grows to be about six feet tall when mature, and the wood from the Shola plant is one of the lightest woods in the world. Since your florals will be handcrafted from this special material, no two blooms are exactly the same: your wedding arrangements will be exceptionally unique.

Your wood flowers will be hand-painted any color you wish using dip dye, paintbrush, or airbrush with incredible attention to detail. Once your arrangements are finished, they will last a lifetime as long as they are kept in the proper conditions.

To care for your wood creations, keep them indoors except for excursions. Never store them in airtight containers or expose them to moisture. As long as these simple guidelines are followed, you will enjoy your wood florals for a lifetime.

Real-touch florals are the most realistic alternative to perishable flowers and are made to last forever. Real-touch florals are weatherproof, so they may be used for outdoor decor, unlike our wood flowers. Our real-touch flowers are made from high-quality latex, polyurethane, or foam materials. We source all our real-touch flowers from companies located here in the United States.
