Where can I visit your store?

Rosemary's Garden Florals is currently operated out of our founder's home in Winter Haven, Florida. Online-only consultations are available by appointment only for wedding and event clients. All other clients are welcome to shop our online store. We currently do not have a physical store location.

What flower styles do you have available?

Click here to explore flower styles available from our favorite wholesale supplier, Oh You're Lovely! You may request these specific flower styles by name when you place your order. We also have a dedicated designer who can make custom flowers.

Where is your color chart?

You may see all available colors on our color chart, which is included on each item page in the online store. The color chart is the last photo provided on each item page. Click on the color chart to open it in full view and see all available colors for flowers.

Do I need to submit a bespoke request?

Bespoke request forms are only for arrangements that are not included in our online store. If you are ordering bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, or anything else from the online store, you do not need to submit this form.

Do you make home or gift arrangements?

Yes, we are glad to make home decor and gift arrangements. Our most popular items for home decor and gifts are compote centerpieces and mason jar centerpieces, which are listed on the Reception page of our online store.

Can you ship arrangements?

Yes, all orders are eligible for shipping anywhere in the United States. To request shipping for your order, select the shipping option when placing your order in our online store. Please note that all shipping costs are billed separately and not free.

Can you create this specific type of flower?

We pride ourselves on the ability to create absolutely any  style of flower! We have a dedicated wood floral artist who can hand-make flowers custom to order, so absolutely no design is out of our range of possibilities. 

Why are your flowers so affordable?

Live flowers incur costs during growth, international transportation, refrigeration, watering, and delivery care. Our wood flowers are made in the United States and require no special transportation, allowing us to pass on the savings.

Can I get a quote for a bouquet?

Quotes are not provided for items included in our online store such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces. Instead, please browse all available options for these items in our online store and place your order accordingly.

How can I contact you?

If you would like to contact us for questions not addressed on our website or to schedule an online consultation, please email us at contact@rosemarysgardenflorals.com. Due to high volume of requests, we cannot accept phone calls.

Where is your size chart?

You may see all available sizes for bouquets on our size chart, which is included on each item page in the online store. The size chart is the second-to-last photo provided on each item page. Size charts are only provided for bouquets.

Can you recreate a live bouquet?

Yes, we can recreate live bouquets. Please order from the online store according to the desired shape and size, then send photos of the live bouquet to contact@rosemarysgardenflorals.com including your order number.

Where are you located for pickup?

All orders are eligible for free pickup at our founder's home in Winter Haven, Florida. To schedule free pickup of your order, please select the pickup option when placing your order in our online store.

Can I see your flowers in person?

If you are a wedding or event client, please email contact@rosemarysgardenflorals.com to schedule an online consultation. All clients including wedding and event clients may place an order for a sample flower on the homepage of our website.

When should I place my wedding order?

Wedding and event clients are encouraged to place their orders as soon as possible to guarantee space on our calendar. However, you must place orders no later than two months in advance of the date due to the hand-made nature of our products.

Will my flowers really last for a lifetime?

Yes, your wood flowers from Rosemary's Garden Florals will last for a lifetime! We have met wood flower brides from as far as fifty years ago who still have their wedding bouquets as pristine as the day they were married.

about our flowers

Wood florals from Rosemary's Garden Florals are handcrafted from all-natural renewable wood from the Shola plant, a flowering aquatic. The Shola plant grows to be about six feet tall when mature, and the wood from the Shola plant is one of the lightest woods in the world. Since your florals will be handcrafted from this special material, no two flowers are exactly the same: your wedding florals will be exceptionally unique.

Your wood florals will be hand-painted any color you wish using dip dye, paintbrush, or airbrush with incredible attention to detail. Once your arrangements are finished, they will last a lifetime as long as they are kept in the proper conditions.

To care for your wood florals, keep them indoors except for excursions. Never store wood florals in airtight containers or expose them to moisture. As long as these simple guidelines are followed, you will enjoy your everlasting florals for a lifetime.

ORDER

Utilize our online catalog to select your desired floral creations. Please include detailed notes in the provided areas to specify design preferences. You will be given the option to pay in full or use PayPal Later interest-free financing. You will also be given the option of delivery to a venue in Florida, shipping within the United States, or local pickup. After placing your order and submitting payment, a member of our team will contact you to confirm design details.

DESIGN

Once your order is received, a member of our team will review your flower and color requests to build a portfolio of concept photos for your approval, including specific flower styles and greenery. Additional details may be confirmed including measurements. Please use this opportunity to make changes to your design before supplies are ordered. After you have provided approval of the photos in the floral design portfolio, your florist will begin ordering supplies.

PRODUCTION

Two months before your desired completion date, your florist will begin production on your order. Photos will be provided at several stages of the production process for your approval: flowers painted with the colors you chose, arrangement of greenery, recommended ribbon choices, etc. You may request additional changes during this time, but please understand that accommodating your requests may cause a delay in production.

SHIPPING

Your florals will finish production approximately two weeks before your desired completion date. Once florals are packaged, shipping costs will be calculated and an invoice will be sent. Once this invoice is paid within five days of receipt, your florals will be shipped to your provided address. If venue delivery or local pickup is selected during initial checkout, your florist will coordinate appropriately. All packages will include complimentary tracking numbers.
